I’ve “bean” chasing down the most valuable science that you can use.

As we all know, the world of science is ever evolving.  In the field of healthy living, this is especially true.  One day we see research that suggests a low fat diet for optimal health and the next day, it could be low carb or high protein.  The same is true for recommended exercise as well as other lifestyle research.  I personally believe that what is right for each of us can be very different, and therefore we must take our own wellness journey to discover that truth.  But I also believe that we should be guided by the best science that is available to us at any particular time.  In that light, I will endeavor to provide you with up to date information and analysis about lifestyle research as it comes to my attention.

Daily tips:

  • Wake up and be grateful….start each day counting your blessings.
  • Live NOW not yesterday or tomorrow.
  • Eat(and enjoy) the rainbow….fill at least half your plate with fruits and vegetables.
  • Move your body.
  • Eat “real food”….choose food that is mostly unprocessed, free of chemical additives and rich in nutrients.
  • Say thank you often.
  • Pay it forward.
  • Be grateful and sleep….end each day counting your blessings.
